As the Production Integration and Process Manager you will oversee the transition of sales opportunities into production, ensuring accurate project handoff and operational readiness. Act as the production SME, providing guidance, resolving production challenges, and driving continuous improvement. Collaborate with operations to align pipeline demand, support scaling, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing customer relationships and engagements in conjunction with the Customer Service teams while identifying and streamlining production-based improvements
- Supports Senior Leadership Team in setting strategy for the Fleet Services team
- Use reporting and trend analysis to identify new opportunities and drive business improvement
- Perform or assist with quality audits and implement any corrective actions where necessary
- Responsible for the successful production onboarding of sales leads, collating and communicating key information obtained throughout the onboarding process to national operational leads
- As the client SME assist all operational teams with production guidance, ensuring support and downstream documentation is captured and applied to future works
- Ensure information and direction is concise and compliant with relevant state and federal guidance
- Lead resolution of production-related issues, developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Partner with administration and service teams to process order intake, enabling nationwide parts procurement and downstream production planning.
- Oversee and enhance AIS (After In Service) quality ticketing processes, supporting technical ticket closure and ensuring accurate classification for reporting.
About you
- Skilled in vehicle/fleet production planning and fleet administration, with strong automotive technical aptitude (mechanical or electrical highly desirable).
- Proven background in production and people management within fleet or automotive environments.
- Inspirational leader with a strong focus on operational excellence, HSEQ, and service delivery
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, prepare professional reports and presentations, and drive operational KPIs and efficiencies.
- Solution-oriented problem solver, experienced in resolving complex operational and service challenges.
