The Position:
As a result of recent growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Team Leader to join our Vehicle Processing Team, at our brand new facility in Forrestdale. This role will be responsible for planning, leading and ensuring the Vehicle Preservation and Storage operations run effectively and efficiently. This will be an Afternoon shift with the working hours between 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm 5 days a week.

What you will do:
- Perform and oversee the Vehicle Preservation and Storage tasks up to the standards
- Conduct daily start up meetings
- Lead the Preservation team to achieve KPIs
- Day to day operational issues are effectively responded to and escalated as required
- Balancing workflow, manning and optimise productivity, labour efficiencies and minimise labour costs
- Assist in the development, training, coaching, mentoring of the team members and identify any training gaps
- Assist in promoting efficiency improvements to processing work practices
- Ensure that quality assurance systems are adhered to at all times
- Manage effective relationships between departments

Nice to have:
- Prior experience in the Automotive industry advantageous
- Mechanical/ electrical aptitude advantageous
