Vehicle Processing Manager – Queensland
Are you a driven operations leader ready to take ownership of a large-scale, high-performing business? We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Processing Manager to lead our Queensland operations and drive excellence across safety, performance, customer service, and profitability.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Processing, you'll have full P&L responsibility and lead a large workforce across multiple Queensland facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee vehicle processing, storage, yard operations, and rectification activities while ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading and optimising all Queensland processing facilities to deliver outstanding operational performance
- Driving a strong safety-first culture where people come first
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational standards
- Maximising labour productivity, resource planning, and cost efficiencies
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and performance
- Building a customer-focused culture that consistently exceeds expectations
- Identifying growth opportunities and supporting business diversification
- Delivering operational and financial results against key business KPIs
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in a senior operations leadership role
- Background in processing, production, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment
- Proven success leading large teams and developing high-performing operations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast, measure, and improve results
- A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams and drives accountability
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- A positive, energetic, and solutions-focused approach
