The Position:
This role will support in maximising the efficiency of the Vehicle processing department by providing excellent administrative support in managing and coordinating the departments requirements.
What you will do:
- Provide general administrative support
- Coordinate onboarding administration for new employees
- Provide payroll/agency administration support, including data entry, review, and processing
- Raise and process purchase orders
- Complete administrative actions arising from toolbox meetings and other operational activities
- Coordinate vehicle shipping/wharf documentation
- Coordinate office supplies and facility requirements
- Other administrative duties as required by management
What you will bring:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in roster preparation and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
- Strong initiative with a proactive approach to learning and development
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Flexible, personable, and effective problem-solving ability
