The Position:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to work in our Vehicle Build and Fitments team at our Perth branch. We have multiple Full-time and Casual positions available.
In this role, you will enjoy a variety of tasks in preparing new vehicles for delivery. This may include fitting aftermarket accessories, checking vehicles for damage, completing storage preservation activities and other general yard duties. Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience. However, if you have a positive attitude and are keen to learn, we will provide the training and support to shape your career.
What you will do:
- Inspection of vehicles to identify damage and missing parts or accessories
- Undertake vehicle survey and preservation tasks
- Complete associated documentation throughout the surveying process
- Safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
What you will bring:
- Unrestricted and Full Australian working rights mandatory
- A 'manual' driver's license is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and a dedicated person with drive and energy
- Show initiative and flexibility in your approach to work
- Proven skills in multitasking, managing your own time and meeting tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Track record of responsibility when handling high profile assets
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in the auto industry
- Mechanical/ electrical aptitude
- Previous experience in storage & warehousing
- Experience in the use of tools
- Experience in vehicle movement and/or vehicle accessory fitments
