Your Role: The Connector of Operations
Within this vital role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, acting as the primary contact for day-to-day issues that arise from our valued clients - dealerships, OEMs. Your role is pivotal in managing business relationships, responding to queries, and supporting our National Account Managers to deliver exceptional service while meeting key performance indicators.
Engage in data analysis to identify patterns and trends that can enhance customer experience and drive process improvements. You will coordinate the end-to-end contract life cycle management, ensuring all customer performance metrics are adhered to within agreed parameters. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping a positive customer journey.
Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for customer service and a knack for solving problems. You will bring:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, particularly with OEMs, Dealerships, and/or Fleet Management.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, with the capacity to extract meaningful insights from complex information.
- Outstanding communication abilities, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, to support your analytical tasks.
As a quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your organizational skills will shine as you manage various responsibilities independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture. A customer-centric mindset will guide your interactions, even in high-pressure situations.
