We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to take charge of customer-facing operations and lead our high-performing Client Liaison Officers team. If you're driven, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead & Motivate: Inspire a team of Client Liaison Officers to achieve individual and team KPIs.

Customer Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and OEM customers.

Performance Focused: Monitor key metrics to ensure the branch is hitting performance targets.

Problem Solver: Work closely with Operations to identify trends, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement.

Support & Streamline: Assist operations/admin teams with reporting to ensure KPI success.

Grow the Business: Spot new business opportunities and support market growth strategies.

Operational Excellence: Handle day-to-day admin tasks like data entry, purchase orders, and financial analysis.

Be the Go-To: Respond to customer enquiries on storage, pricing, and general info.

Keep It Running Smoothly: Provide general branch admin and office support as needed.
What You’ll Bring:

3+ years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

A strong customer-first mindset with exceptional conflict resolution skills.

Proven experience leading teams and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

A self-starter who thrives independently but knows how to lead collaboratively.

A track record of motivating teams to deliver customer service excellence.

Adaptability and agility to respond to changing customer and business needs.
