The Position:
Due to strong business growth, we’re looking for a National Account Client Coordinator to join our Business Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll support our National Account Managers and operational branches in delivering exceptional service to our major clients and internal stakeholders.
You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate data management, and clear communication across the business.
What you will do:
- Act as the primary national contact for day-to-day operational matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Support National Account Managers and branches to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations
- Analyze customer performance data and ensure compliance with contractual parameters
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Provide timely, accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
- Coordinate the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements
What you will bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within OEM, dealership, or fleet management environments
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret insights and emerging trends
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to multitask effectively
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- A customer-centric approach and the ability to remain composed under pressure
