The Position:
PrixCar is recruiting talented professionals to strengthen our Account Management and Customer Support teams. We're looking for people who thrive on collaboration, build strong customer relationships, and bring a quality-first mindset to everything they do.
Together with the wider Account Management team, these positions play a key role in supporting seamless operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and helping ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently across the network. These roles offer the opportunity to join a respected industry leader, support key relationships, and contribute to PrixCar’s commitment to delivering efficient, innovative and high-quality automotive logistics solutions nationwide.
What you will do:
- Act as the primary national contact for day-to-day operational matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Support National Account Managers and branches to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations
- Analyse customer performance data and ensure compliance with contractual parameters
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Provide timely, accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
- Coordinate the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements
What you will bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within OEM, dealership, or fleet management environments
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret insights and emerging trends
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to multitask effectively
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- A customer-centric approach and the ability to remain composed under pressure
