The Position:

As a result of recent growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our Vehicle Processing Team, at our brand new facility in Wishart.

As a Yard Hand/Car Washer, you will enjoy a variety of tasks in preparing new and used vehicles for delivery.  If you have a mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude and are keen to learn, apply now!

What you will do:

  • Inspection of vehicles to identify any damages
  • Safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
  • Undertake vehicle survey and preservation tasks
  • Washing cars
  • The ability to undertake repetitive work
  • Organising vehicle despatch for drivers
  • Complete associated documentation

What you will bring:

  • Manual driver’s license essential
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry
  • Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Able to follow instructions and take direction effectively
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Multiskilled and adaptable to a variety of tasks
  • Quick thinker with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Capable of working in all weather conditions while maintaining high standards
  • The ability to pass a Medical and Police Clearance
